COLUMBIANA –William McAllister, 51, of Leetonia, passed away early Wednesday morning, August 12, 2026, at his sister’s home in Columbiana.

William was born November 16, 1974, in New Castle, PA, a son of the late John Uhrain and Angela Quear McAllister. He was a graduate of Boardman High School. He worked primarily doing landscaping and greenhouse work alongside his father, John. He enjoyed playing foosball and cards. He was lucky at Mountaineer Casino, where he won blackjack many times. In his spare time, he liked to go fishing.

William leaves behind his cherished memory, his sisters Elizabeth Stanton of Youngstown, Lynn (Rich) Wyatt of Columbiana, Bobbie Saltsman of Boardman, and Barbara (Greg) Hubert of Struthers, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family has entrusted Kubina Yuhasz Funeral Home with William’s arrangements, where they will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, August 22, 2026. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM. He will be laid to rest with his parents at Calvary Cemetery.
