Campbell: Funeral services will be held 4:00pm Wednesday at the Wasko Funeral Home with Fr. Michael Swierz, officiating for Rose R. Yeager, 79, formerly of Pulaski, PA, who passed away Friday afternoon. Rose was born Aug. 4, 1931 in Clarksville, Pa. the daughter of Stephen and Mary Gregas Barnish. She was a former member of St. John Catholic Church and was the president of the VFW Post 6233 Ladies Auxiliary of West Middlesex. Rose enjoyed cooking, fishing and making crafts. Her husband, Junior Pete Yeager whom she married on Oct. 13, 1948 passed away March 15, 2008. She leaves to cherish her memory 3 sons, Pete Jr. (Barb) Yeager of Campbell, David (Brenda) Yeager, Sr. of Struthers and Ronald (Jennifer) Yeager of Pulaski; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters Catherine (John) Frketich and Frances (Charles) Eyles both of McKeesport, Pa and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son Stephen J. Yeager; 3 sisters, Ann Rendulic, Evelyn Baker and Agnes Barnish and 4 brothers, John, Edward, Stephen and Michael Barnish. The Yeager family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive friends Wednesday from 2-4pm. Interment services will be held on Thursday at Fredericktown Cemetery in Pa.
