Campbell: Funeral services will be held 9:30am Monday at the Wasko Funeral Home and 10am in Sacred Heart Church for Rose M. Falasco, 85 who passed away Friday morning. Rose was born Feb. 9, 1926 in Struthers, the daughter of Gabriel and Octavia Tullis Timarko. She was a member of the church and the VFW 3538 Auxiliary. Besides being a homemaker, Rose was a caterer at the Calamar Manor. She enjoyed playing cards, enjoyed sports and followed the New York Yankees. Rosie loved cooking Sunday dinners for her family. Her husband Gene R. whom she married May 10, 1947 passed away Feb. 3, 2009. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Sandy Burnich, Renee (Ron) Nicholson, Gina (Rick) Gresko and Gino (Lisa George) Falasco all of Austintown; 6 grandsons, Johnny, Ronnie, Ryan, Anthony, Gino and Dante who affectionately called her ââ?¬Å?Nunnie쳌, and one sister Anne Centofanti of Youngstown. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Gene; 4 brothers John, Ralph, Carmen and Joseph and three sisters Catherine, Antoinette and Margaret. The family would like to thank Hospice of the Valley and especially Austinwoods for their kindness, compassion and care they gave to our Mother during her illness. Monetary donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley in Rose?¢s name. The Falasco family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive friends on Sunday from 5-8pm.
