Robert L. Eagleton, 70

Cleveland…….Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Thursday morning at the Wasko Funeral Home in Campbell for, Robert L. Eagleton, 70, who passed away Sunday morning in St. Elizabeth Health Center. Robert was born, Aug. 27, 1945 in Salem, the son of Jerome and Bertha Hannah Pemberton Eagleton. He was a 1963 graduate of Salem High School and received his B.S. in Engineering from Youngstown State University in 1968, before joining the Water Dept. In 1968, Robert worked as a Civil Engineer for the Mahoning Valley Sanitary District; and in 1985 moved to the Cleveland Water Dept. where he retired in 2003. He was a member of the American Waterworks Assoc., where he served as an officer in the local chapter; and a past member of the Argus Lodge. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, the former Stephanie Hrinko, whom he married Nov. 27, 1969; two sons, Jeffrey (Marti) of North Ridgeville and James (Kathy) of Willoughby Hills; and one brother, Gary (Cynthia) Eagleton of Salem. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Donald L. Eagleton. The Eagleton family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home in Campbell and will receive family and friends on Wednesday evening from 5 to 8pm.
