Nick Mastoris Sr., 79

Campbell…Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the Wasko Funeral Home, with Rev. Michael Swierz officiating, for Nick Mastoris Sr., 79, who passed away Friday at his home.

He was born June 29, 1937, in P I Reauna, Athens, Greece, the son of Michael and Mary Billiris Mastoris.

Nick worked as an industrial painter and was a member of Painters Local #476.

Nick's wife, the former Mary Ann Grachanin, whom he married Sept. 27, 1958; passed away May 11, 2012.

Nick leaves to cherish his memory, his two sons, Frank (Charles Lewis) Mastoris of Washington, DC, and Nick Mastoris, Jr. (Tammy) of Campbell; his grandchildren, Samantha Mastoris and Anthony White; his brother, Stergos Prasinos; sisters, Irene Dyer and Barbara Gabriel; and his longtime companion with whom he made his home, Lisa Dixon.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann; his mother Mary; step-father, Manuel Prasinos; brothers, Tony Mastoris and Serandis Prasinos; his sister, Kaliope Keenan; and his grandson, Nick Mastoris, III.

The Mastoris family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive family and friends Friday from 5-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and again Saturday morning from 10-11:00 a.m., prior to the 11:00 a.m. service.
