Nancy L. (Harrold) Kolat­McCready, 71 CAMPBELL - Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 10:30 a.m. at the Wasko Funeral Home, with Rev. Michael Swierz officiating for Nancy L. (Harrold) Kolat­-McCready, 71, who passed away Sunday morning. Nancy was born June 26, 1943, in Punxsutawny, Pa., the daughter of Harry and Helen McQuown Harrold. Nancy was a homemaker. She was a member of the former Coitsville Presbyterian Church. Nancy was an avid bingo player, she enjoyed lottery scratch offs and loved going to Mountaineer. Her husband, Anthony T. Kolat, whom she married in 1967, passed away in 1993. Nancy leaves to cherish Anthony¹s children, who she raised as her own, daughter Karen S. Melnik of Campbell and two sons, Anthony (Linda) Kolat Jr. of New Middletown and Timothy J. (Charles) Kolat of Warren; ten grandchildren, Stanley, Timmy, Renee (John), Lisa (Justin), Christopher (Kathy), Sarah (Mark), Erica, Anthony III, Bernard Jr. and Kristina; six great-grandchildren, Austin, Orion, Alivia, Christopher Jr., Alex and Skylar; her sister, Elizabeth Parish of Youngstown; many nieces and nephews; and her cat, Midnight. Besides her husband, Anthony, she was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, Jim Rush; her son, Bernard Kolat Sr., a son-in-law, Stanley S. Melnik; two sisters, Lois Rubenoff and Betty Long; and her brother, Henry Harrold Jr. The family would like to thank the Blood and Cancer Center of Canfield for their loving care and compassion. The Kolat and McCready families have entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive family and friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.
