AUSTINTOWN – A prayer service will be held at 9:15 AM on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Kubina Yuhasz Wasko Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Stanislaus Church, celebrated by Father Edward Neroda for Michal Labedz, 92, who passed away July 18, 2016.

Michal was born May 3, 1924 in Poland, a son of the late Antoni and Helena Niedzwiedz Labedz. He was a member of St. Stanislaus Church.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his children, Joseph (Maria) Labedz and Krystyna (Wlodzimierz) Jurek, 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, the former Anna Warminski, his son, Jan Labedz, and 3 siblings.

The family has entrusted the care of Michal to the Kubina Yuhasz Wasko Funeral Home where they will receive friends Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
