Boardman…A Mass of Christian Burial for the family and friends of MaryAnn L. (Olenick) Williams, 77, formerly of Campbell, will be celebrated Friday at 10:00 a.m. at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish at St. John Catholic Church. MaryAnn was born July 6, 1935, in Campbell, the daughter of John and Bertha Ragan Olenick. She was a former member of Sacred Heart and Immaculate Conception Church, now St. Angela Merici Parish in Youngstown. Besides being a homemaker, she worked at Northside Hospital in the Dietary Department and at Gaetano's Airport Tavern. MaryAnn was an avid craft collector and movie historian. She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Brian and his wife, Teresa of Enterprise, Alabama, her deceased son, Patrick and his wife Teresa of Lowellville; her siblings, Frank E. (Marjorie) Olenick of Boardman and John M. (Marlene) of Winston-Salem, NC; her grandchildren, Andrea Underwood, Karen Yerger, Terri Morgan, Brittany Williams and Shelby Williams; and great-grandchildren, Brady Morgan, Payton Underwood, Avery Morgan, Caleb Yerger, Harper Underwood and Aubrey Yerger. Besides her husband, Benjamin R. Williams, whom she married in 1957 and passed away in 1967, MaryAnn was preceded in death by her parents. The Williams family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home. There will be no calling hours, but friends may join the Williams family for the Mass of Christian Burial Friday at 10:00 a.m. in Church.
