Obituary

Campbell: Funeral services will be held 9:30am Tuesday at the Wasko Funeral Home and 10am in Christ the Good Shepherd Parish at St. Lucy Catholic Church for, Mary E. Crano, 89, who passed away Thursday morning in the Hospice House. Mary was born June 7, 1922 in Campbell, the daughter of Palmi and Angela Richiutti Richiutti and was a life long area resident. Mary was a member of the church; its Infant Jesus Guild and CMS Ladies Club. Besides being a homemaker, Mary was known for her love of decorating and for always having her dining room table set and ready for company. Her husband James J. Crano, Sr. whom she married May 19, 1945 passed away April 17, 2003. She leaves to cherish her memory a daughter and son-in-law Monica and Bryan Tedesco of Campbell; a son James J. Jr. of Akron; two grandsons Brandon (Margherita) Tedesco of Berlin Center and Josh Tedesco (Amanda Brady) of Austintown and one great-grandson, Joey Tedesco of Austintown. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband James; four brothers, Cosmo Rich, Louis Richiutti, Dr. William Rich and Dr. Dominic Rich and three sisters, Madeline Carano, Carmel Carano and Lucy Carano. Mary?¢s family would like to thank the staff at the Hospice House for the loving care they gave to her. The Crano family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive friends on Monday evening from 5-8pm.
