Funeral services will be held Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Wasko Funeral Home, for Mark A. Bailey, 62, who passed away peacefully at his home after a long battle with heart disease.
Mark was born October 4, 1954, in Youngstown, the son of John V. and Anne M. Garovich Bailey.
He was a 1972 graduate of Campbell Memorial High School.
Mark worked as an inspector at Youngstown Sheet and Tube Company, was a foremen at Austintown Tool and Die and also worked as a draftsman at Kessler Products.
He was a parishioner of the former St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Campbell.
Mark enjoyed golfing, working crossword puzzles and loved history.
Mark leaves to cherish his memories his wife, the former Laura White, whom he married June 10, 1978; his brothers, Jerry (Diane) of Cochocton, Jeff of Mentor and Phillip, also of Mentor; his sisters, Alice (Jim) Warino of Berthoud, Colorado and Stephanie Kraynak of Youngstown; his cat, Bell, and many nieces, nephews and good friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, John M. Bailey; and his niece, Tabitha Bailey
The Bailey family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive family and friends Tuesday from 4-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the 7:00 p.m. funeral service.
