Huntingtown, MD: Funeral services will be held 9:30am Saturday at the Wasko Funeral Home in Campbell and 10am in Sts. Peter and Paul Croatian Church in Youngstown, with Fr. Joseph Zamary officiating, for Magdalene B. Zamary, 91, formerly of Campbell, who passed away Monday afternoon. Magdalene was born June 19, 1919 in Slovania, the daughter of Rok and Magdalene Staresinic Brinsey. She was a member of the church, the Infant Jesus of Prague Guild and the Altar and Rosary Society. Her husband, Stephen whom she married on Aug. 23, 1941 passed away, Jan. 12, 1995. She leaves to cherish her memory her son Steve (Mary) Zamary of Huntingtown, MD., with whom she made her home; grandchildren, Christine (John) Wiseman of Huntingtown, Stephen Zamary of Lusby, MD and Colleen Zamary of Huntingtown; two great-grandchildren Kaleigh and Kennedy Wiseman; 2 sisters, Sophie DiMartino of Austintown and Roxanne Oblock of Youngstown; one brother Melvin (Roni) Brinsey of Burghill, Ohio and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son Melvin; a sister JoAnn Botsko and two brothers, Fred and Rocky Brinsey. The Zamary family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive friends Friday evening from 4-7pm.
