NORTH LIMA – Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at the Kubina-Yuhasz-Wasko Funeral Home with Fr. Yanni Verginis celebrating for Helen Glaros, 90, who passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2015. Helen was born June 6, 1924 in Youngstown, a daughter of Gus and Sophia Brown Glaros. She worked at the Mahoning County Parks & Recreation Department and was a member of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church. Helen will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Jack, William, Michael, Thomas, George, and Carl Glaros and Katherine Arbie. The Glaros family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Kubina-Yuhasz-Wasko Funeral Home, where they will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
