Leonard D. Hagg, 76
Campbell…Funeral services will be held Saturday at 4:00 p.m. at the Wasko Funeral Home, with Pastor William Rotar officiating, for Leonard D. Hagg, 76, who passed away Tuesday at his home.
Leonard was born January 30, 1941, in Dell Rapids, South Dakota, the son of Hjalmer and Lucille Reed Hagg.
Leonard served in the US Army from 1959-1960.
He retired from Trinity Transportation in Dallas, Texas and then returned to this area to be with family and friends.
Leonard leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, the former June Richard, whom he married June 20, 1998, in Alliance, Nebraska; his son, Leonard "Tanky" (Shawn) Hagg of Orange, New Jersey; his daughters, Lynette (Chris) Berry of Campbell and Lena Hagg of Youngstown; four grandchildren, Kevin (Ashley) Alhquist, Chris (Kim) Berry, Chelsie (Gino) Berry and Zerrin Keck; six great-grandchildren; his sisters, Barbara Formaneck of Medford, Oregon and Adaline (Pete) Collins of San Bernardino, California; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers, Ernest and Darrell.
The family would like to thank Hospice of the Valley for the excellent care and compassion given to Leonard during his time of need, as well as, the prayers and support provided by Leonard's family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be made at the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
The Hagg family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive family and friends Saturday from 1-4:00 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the 4:00 p.m. funeral service.
