He was born Sept. 4, 1947 in Campbell to Bernard Bragalone and the late June (Ginther) Bragalone who passed away after giving childbirth to their last child Terry. Kenny who grew up an honor student and Steel Valley Champion football player for Campbell Memorial High School graduated in 1965. He then went on to enlist in the U.S. Marine Corps the same year at 18 years old. He was a proud patriot and served his country faithfully throughout the Vietnam War, enduring heavy combat including the battle of Khe Sanh where he suffered injuries due to shrapnel as well as exposure to Agent Orange that left him with debilitating illnesses as his years progressed. After being honorably discharged from the service he returned home to the Youngstown area and worked at Youngstown Sheet and Tube before moving to Chicago and taking a job at Westlake Hosp. as a maintenance mechanic. In 1980 he then returned back to Campbell to take care of his ailing grandmother who needed his help. This is where he was re-acquainted with the love of his life Vicky and they were married in October of 1983. The following year they had their only child, Tiffany, whom he gave the world and decided to move back to Chicago for work to support his family and give his only daughter every opportunity for a wonderful education and a better life. They spent 17 wonderful years in Chicago where he worked as a maintenance mechanic at various jobs including Tomoegawa Inc. and Wicks Furniture before retiring due to illnesses. He and his family then moved back to the Youngstown area to retire and spend time with their family in his last few years. Kenny was a simple and gracious man who made many dear friends over the years because of his unquestioning generosity and kindness. He enjoyed watching sports especially football including his favorite teams the Pittsburgh Steelers, Chicago Bears and The Ohio State Buckeyes as well as boxing events, local and worldwide. He also enjoyed going to the Campbell Memorial High School football games where he reunited and enjoyed watching the games with many friends from his past. He loved wildlife and fishing, and his favorite pastime was feeding the birds and squirrels, especially ââ?¬Å?Chubbs쳌, which frequently visited him and sat on his patio with him. He was also a member of the Campbell American Legion Post 560 and frequently donated to the aid of disabled U.S. veterans. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 26 years Vicky (Musser) Bragalone; his only daughter Tiffany Bragalone; a brother Terry Bragalone of Austintown; his aunt Vi (Peters) Alesio; in-laws, Marilyn Stoltz, William (Nancy) Musser, Patty (Dave) Basista, Denise DeGeorge; many loving nieces and nephews and several cousins in Chicago and Youngstown.
