HUBBARD- Funeral services will be held at 6:00pm on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at the Kubina Yuhasz Wasko Funeral Home celebrated by Deacon Sam DiFrancesco, for Judith M. Hamracek, 78, who passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 20, 2016.

Judy was born April 5, 1938 in Youngstown, a daughter of Rose Martin. She was a 1956 graduate of East High School. Judy worked for Dollar Bank and went on to retire in 2002 from the City of Youngstown where she was a risk manager.

She loved to read, travel, dance and attend concerts. She was a member of the Sokol's and belonged to a bowling league. Judy's greatest passion though was spending time with her children and grandchildren whom she adored.

Judy leaves behind to cherish her memories, her children, Michael (Leslie) Hamracek, Jill (Joseph) Rushwin and Lynn (Chuck) Ogden, her grandchildren, Ryan, Cory, Charlie, Sydney, and Abby; and her siblings Carole Parise of Hubbard, Gerri (Chuck) Burnett of Clearwater, Fl, and sister-in-law Dolores (Andy) Kolar of Boardman.

Other than her mother, Judy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael Hamracek, whom she married May 12, 1962 and who passed away August 6, 2001, and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Hamracek.

The Hamracek family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Kubina-Yuhasz-Wasko Funeral Home, where they will receive friends from 4:00pm-6:00pm Tuesday prior to the service.

The Hamracek family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice of the Valley in Judy's name.
