Joseph Senjanec, 89 CAMPBELL - Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the Wasko Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30 p.m. at the Christ the Good Shepherd Parish at St. Lucy Catholic Church, for Joseph Senjanec, 89, who passed away Tuesday afternoon at Shepherd of the Valley. Joseph was born Feb. 28, 1926, in Lorain, the son of Martin and Josephine Senjanec. He was a press operator for Youngstown Steel Door, retiring after 40 years of service. He graduated in 1944 from Campbell Memorial High School and then went on to serve his country in the U.S. Army from 1944 to 1946. His wife, the former Josephine Sinibaldi, whom he married June 11, 1949, passed away Oct. 27, 2004. He leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Martin of Coitsville; three grandchildren, Matt, Brian, and Lisa; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Besides his wife, Josephine, he was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Brenda Potoki; and his sister, Katherine Bernard. The family requests donations be made in Joseph's name to Angels for Animals. The Senjanec family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive family and friends Friday from noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
