Joseph P. Dubaj, 93 Campbell…………..Funeral services will be held 9:30am Friday morning at the Wasko Funeral Home and 10am at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish at St. John Catholic Church for, Joseph P. Dubaj, 93, who passed away Monday morning in Autumn Hills Nursing Home. Joseph was born July 5, 1922 in Campbell, the son of Joseph and Anna M. Babela Dubaj, and was a lifelong Campbell resident. He was a machinist for over 40 years for Wean United Engineering, retiring in 1984. Joseph was a member of the church; the New Middletown Gun Club; an avid hunter, fisherman, golfer, and bowler, belonging to several bowling and golf leagues throughout the area. His wife, the former Stephanie Berezowsky, whom he married July 23, 1945, passed away May 11, 1999. He leaves to cherish his memory one daughter, Linda (Carl) Vath of Boardman; one son, Andrew (Carroll) Dubaj of Niles; one sister, Helen (Carl) Puskarcik of Campbell; one brother, George Dubaj of Akron; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Stephanie; four sisters, Rose, Pauline, Barbara and Margaret; and one brother Stephan. The Dubaj family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive family and friends on Thursday evening from 4 to 7pm.
