John George Paradisis, 76 Campbell…………….Funeral services will be held at 10am Friday at Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church with Fr. Steve Denas officiating for, John G. Paradisis, 76 who passed away Sunday afternoon in St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center. John was born Nov. 28, 1937 in Lipsos, Greece, the son of Giorgos and Katerina Koumandouris Paradisis. He was a member of the church. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, the former Alexandra Hazimanoli, whom he married Jan. 1, 1962 in Greece; his children, Tina Fairall of Campbell, George (Karen) Paradise of Boardman and Katina Paradise of Boardman; two grandsons, Jordan Paradise of Texas and Justin Paradise of Struthers; two great-grandchildren, Alexis and Jacob Paradise; three brothers, Nikita Paradisis, Alekos Paradisis, and Christodoulos Paradisis, all of Australia; and two sisters, Despina Hira and Evdokia Alexandrakis, both of Greece. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Mike Paradise, Jack, Manolis and Basilios Paradisis; and three sisters, Irini Kavouras, Theologia Makris and Pantelia Melianou. The Paradisis family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive friends on Thursday evening from 5 to 8pm at the Funeral Home and again on Friday morning from 9:30 to 10am at Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church. Interment will be at Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Cemetery.
