Campbell: Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish at St. John Catholic Church for John Gajdos, 68, who passed away Wednesday. John was born March 26, 1944 in Slovakia, Europe, the son of John and Anna Kusnir Gajdos, Sr. He came to the United States in 1960. He was a 1964 graduate of Campbell Memorial High School. John worked for GE Furniture Systems as an office manager and printer. Later, he worked as a printer for CCL Container in Hermitage, Pa. John was a kind and compassionate man, who touched the lives of many. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, the former Mary Waszczak; his son, Dennis (Melissa) Gajdos; four grandchildren, Nicholas, Michael, Isabella and Marialana; and his dog, Chico, his best friend. John was preceded in death by his parents and by his son, Jimi. The Gajdos family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive friends Monday at Church, one hour prior to the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m.
