Campbell: Private family services were held Thursday morning in St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church with Msgr. Victor Romza and Rev. Basil Marchak officiating for Harriett ââ?¬Å?Peggy쳌 (Juanita Candle) Campanale-Rooney, 83, who passed away Monday evening. Peggy was born May 7, 1927 in West Point, the daughter of Joseph and Gladys Estell Candle and was a resident of Campbell for 65 years. Her first husband, Anthony T. Campanale, Sr., whom she married on June 16, 1945 passed away June 13, 1989 and her second husband Dan Rooney who she married May 15, 1995 passed away Feb. 8, 2005. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Anthony T. Campanale, Jr. of Lisbon, Mrs. Nancy Ginnis of Campbell, Mrs. Juanita Destefani of New Philadelphia and Mrs. Frances Bettross of Youngstown; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. JoAnn Hanysh of Youngstown and Mrs. Gladys Miller of Boardman. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; a brother Joseph D. Candle and a sister, Mrs. Margaret Cooke.
