Campbell: Funeral services will be held Thursday at noon at the Wasko Funeral Home and at 12:30 p.m. at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish at St. Joseph the Provider Church for Elizabeth S. Sadosky, 85, who passed away Sunday night at Hospice House. Elizabeth was born May 18, 1927, in Claridge, Pa., the daughter of Peter and Sylvia Bezak Salopek. She was a resident of Campbell for 81 years and a graduate of Scienceville High School. Elizabeth was a housewife. She was active in St. Joseph the Provider Parish in Campbell, and its Infant Jesus of Prague Guild. She leaves to cherish her memory, her sons, Frank A. (Rebecca) of Akron, Michael T. of Washington, and Anthony P. (Becky) of Michigan; her daughters, Sandra E. (John) of Poland and Rose S. (Paul) of Akron; a sister, Lillian of Colorado; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Besides her husband, Anthony T. Sadosky, whom she married Oct. 9, 1948, and who passed away Jan. 1, 1997, Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents; and her two brothers, Peter and Frank. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of the Valley. The Sadosky family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko funeral home and will receive friends Thursday morning from 10 a.m. to noon at the funeral home.
