Ft. Myers, Fla: Funeral services will be held 2pm Saturday in the Wasko Funeral Home for Catherine ?Cathy? McFall Stamp, 52, who moved back to her hometown of Youngstown a month ago, passed away Monday morning in the Cleveland Clinic.
Cathy was born Aug. 7, 1958 in Youngstown, the daughter of Earnest and Joyce Dusch McFall.
She was a 1976 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and studied in the nursing program at Choffin.
While residing in Youngstown, before moving to Ft. Myers, Cathy worked at the Bargain Port on South Ave. and while in Florida she was the kitchen manager at Manatee Elementary School for the past 18 years.
Cathy was a devoted, loving and strong wife. She loved, cherished, and was highly involved in the lives of her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed making people laugh and was noted for her sarcastic humor. She loved to cook and was well known for her potato salad.
She leaves to cherish her memory her mother Joyce McFall (Dave Brunswick); her husband, Keith A. Stamp, Sr. who loved her always and forever, they were married, July 5, 1980; 3 sons, twins Andrew L and Earnest L. Stamp and Keith A. Stamp, Jr.; grandchildren, Christian, Brett, Trevor, Cameron and Layli; a sister Gloria (Donn) Candella; a brother, Earnest (Pam) McFall; father-in-law Chester J. (Wanda) Stamp; mother-in-law Janet Stamp; grandmother-in-law Mildred ?Millie? Stamp and many aunts, uncles, cousins nieces, nephews, extended family and her cat Tabby Do.
She was preceded in death by her father Earnest; paternal grandparents Lavern and Della McFall and maternal grandparents Kenneth and Frances Dusch.
The Stamp family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home in Campbell and will receive friends on Saturday from 11am to 2pm.
