Ann Jane Dubaj, 85
Struthers…Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at the Wasko Funeral Home, with Rev. Michael Swierz officiating, for Ann Jane Dubaj, 85, who passed away Christmas Day at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center in Boardman.
She was born August 9, 1930, in Campbell, the daughter of Michael and Helen Kozak Mrosko. She was a 1948 graduate of Campbell Memorial High School and a lifelong area resident.
Mrs. Dubaj was a clerk for over 25 years at G.N.C. Health Food Store at the Southern Park Mall.
She was a member of Christ Our Savior Parish at St. Nicholas Catholic Church.
Mrs. Dubaj was an avid reader and enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles and quilting.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her three daughters, Diane Underwood of Boardman, Theresa (Craig) Jones of Austintown, and Loretta (Ahmad) Karim of Dayton; her two sons, Thomas (Jean) Dubaj of Bonneylake, WA, and James (Melanie) Dubaj of Alliance; her sister, Helen First of Poland; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Stephan Michael Dubaj, whom she married April 11, 1959; passed away, December 25, 2009.
Besides her husband, Stephan, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Stephan Michael Dubaj; a brother, Michael Mrosko; and her son-in-law, Alan Underwood.
The Dubaj family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive family and friends Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
